Our cancellation policy is very reasonable. If you must cancel a tour, we want to be as lenient as possible.
In booking a guaranteed-date small group tour, you have the peace of mind that every single tour item has been well tested since 2003 and designed to meet your total satisfaction. We have been perfecting the tours and itineraries based on feedback from all of our customers.
The maximum number of people on each tour is 22 (usually there are 12-18 participants), so that you can experience the friendly and enjoyable atmosphere of a small group. It also gives you more one-to-one time with the guides and tour leader.
In the last years of operation there have always been at least 8 persons in a group. In the unlikely situation that there are fewer people, your price won’t change and we’ll organize a very enjoyable private tour for you consisting of the same or comparable services.
We do our best to keep our prices low. Our customers strongly emphasize on the excellent value for the money of our tours. We don’t use misleading first-glance low prices. Everything you need is included – all entrance fees, health insurance, taxes and most meals. There are no extra payments.
To minimize the tour prices, we publish them in Polish zloty (the currency of our costs). It’s practical also from the customer’s perspective. Otherwise travel agencies are forced to artificially increase their rates in foreign currencies in order to avoid unfavourable future exchange rates changes. Our site shows the today’s exchange rate in any currency. The needed prepayment is just 20%.
